In our consultations, we take you through everything. From what suits your skin tone/lifestyle to what’s achievable with your hair and hair health through price, time estimations, and maintenance required. Then we can set up your personalised Luxury Hair Experience.

Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you give our team 48 hours minimum notice to cancel an appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged prior to your next appointment, we would much prefer you experience our incredible service than incur a fee so please let us know if you cannot attend. We agree your time and ours is valuable and want to give our clients the best. We are a small team often with waiting lists so we hope you understand. If you need to cancel: Call, and if there is no answer please leave a voice message.
